Foundation of the first office for Head Company in China (polo shirts), support of technique for the customers and the agents (quantity increased from 1 to 4), dealing with the customer complaints, establishment of customers’ quality information database, surveys of customer satisfaction (ralph lauren polo shirts), management of the key customers, technical communication between the Head Company and the Chinese customers, management of the laboratory (technical problems solved successfully above 95%)
Implementation of the “6 sigma” project in the Branch according to the instructions of the Head Company, applying all kinds of quality methods (like DMAIC, SWOT, SIPOC, cheap ralph lauren polo shirts, 5W1H, Brainstorming, APR, 6M, Pareto Diagram, 5Why, 5S, 7tools, FMEA, QFD and Tree Diagram etc) to improve the work quality of the workshop (output value increased from 11% to 16%, and the return rate of reparation reduced from 4% to 2%), standardization of the workflow to conform to the ISO 9001 System, analysis for the complaint of customers (satisfaction rate increased from 69% to 79%), assistance of the internal audit
